אני בעלת תואר שלישי (PHD) בניהול מאוניברסיטת בן גוריון

ובעלת תואר ראשון ושני בפסיכולוגיה (MA) מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים. מומחית במתודולוגיות ובעיבוד נתונים ובעלת נסיון עשיר בעריכת מחקרים ובנתוחים סטטיסטיים במגוון של תחומי מחקר הן באקדמיה והן בחברות ציבוריות ועסקיות.

חוקרת במחלקה למדעי ההתנהגות בצה"ל  

בתחילת דרכי המקצועית הייתי חוקרת במחלקה למדעי ההתנהגות של הצבא. עסקתי במחקר על מערכות המיון ב צ.ה.ל. (כגון, לקביעת הקב"א והדפ"ר).

ראש מחלקת המחקר בשרות הפסיכולוגי של עיריית תל-אביב-יפו

לאחר מכן שמשתי כראש מחלקת המחקר בשרות הפסיכולוגי של עיריית תל-אביב-יפו. ערכנו מחקרים ישומיים שונים (כגון יעילות שיטות טיפול שונות, בנית מערכות מיון כגון לבית הספר לאומנויות, לטבע).

סגל אקדמי של המחלקה לפסיכולוגיה של האוניברסיטה הפתוחה

החל מ1985 אני חלק מהסגל האקדמי של המחלקה לפסיכולוגיה של האוניברסיטה הפתוחה. מרכזת ההוראה האקדמית של הקורס  "שיטות מחקר במדעי החברה". בתפקידי זה הייתי חלק מצוות הפתוח של יחידות הלימוד ואני מפתחת חומרי הוראה, מלמדת ואחראית על מרצים שמלמדים את הקורס. בנוסף אני חוקרת חשיבה וקבלת החלטות, התנהגות צרכנים , שפוטי רמאות, סיעוד טכנולוגיות בהוראה ועוד.

שרותי יעוץ סטטיסטי ומתודולוגי

במקביל מאז 1985 אני מספקת שרותי יעוץ סטטיסטי ומתודולוגי במגוון תחומי מחקר בפסיכולוגיה, סוציולוגיה, ניהול, כלכלה, רפואה, סיעוד ועוד. לסטודנטים לתואר ראשון שני ושלישי , לאנשי סגל באוניברסיטאות ובמכללות,  ולגופים עסקיים וצבוריים שונים.  למשל, בין עבודות המחקר הרבות שליוויתי כיועצת מתודולוגית וסטטיסטית היתה עבודת מחקר למחלקה הפסיכיאטרית של בית החולים תל השומר, למשטרת ישראל על אזוק אלקטרוני, לקופת חולים מכבי על נחיצות של בדיקות רפואיות שונות, למחלקה הגניקולוגית של בית חולים פוריה על נפיצות סרטן הרחם, שביעות רצון לקוחות בבנק לאומי, פתוח ותחזוקה של מחולל שאלונים מקוונים לחברת אינטרנט.
